By road, it is about 2 miles from Lantana, 4 from Palm Springs or Greenacres, 8 from Boynton Beach or downtown West Palm Beach, 13 from Delray Beach or Wellington, 15 from Riviera Beach, 16 from Royal Palm Beach, 18 from Palm Beach Gardens, 20 from Boca Raton and 24 from Jupiter. These are rough figures, so check your own route.
One address, two private sessions
Wherever you start, you end up on Lucerne Ave. Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey ($125 introductory, $150 regular) and Private Custom Breathwork Experience ($60 per person, 1 to 10 people) each take 90 minutes, and each has you lying down for 45 minutes to an hour of it.

Do you have breathwork anywhere else in Palm Beach County?
No. Private sessions are at The Womb, 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, in Lake Worth Beach. That is our only address.
Is Palm Beach County the same as the town of Palm Beach?
No. The town of Palm Beach is one of the county's 39 municipalities, and we are not in it. We are in Lake Worth Beach, a separate city in the same county.
