Online payments on this website are processed by Stripe, an independent payment company. When you pay, your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing details are entered into Stripe's secure checkout and go directly to Stripe.
Ecstatic Living Florida never sees or stores your full payment card details. We do not keep card numbers on our website, in our email, or in any file of our own.
What we do receive from Stripe is a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the basic details we need to prepare for you, such as your name, your email address, and which session, event, or rental you paid for. Stripe handles the payment information it collects under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Our website forms are delivered to us by email using a service called FormSubmit. When you press send, your submission passes through FormSubmit and arrives in our business email inbox as a normal email message.
FormSubmit acts as a delivery service in the middle. Once the message reaches our inbox, it lives in our email account, and we treat it the way we treat any other message from a member of our community, which is with care and discretion.
We use what you share with us for straightforward, practical reasons:
We keep your information only as long as we reasonably need it for these purposes, or as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not hand your details to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share your email address with other businesses so they can market to you.
The only times your information leaves our hands are when it passes through the service providers listed in the next section so that our website, forms, and payments can actually work, or in the rare case that we are legally required to share information in response to a valid legal request.
Running a small website means relying on a few outside companies. Each of them has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them if you would like to know more.
We use these services to operate the site and to serve you, not to track you across the internet.
This website does not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiles of its own. We are not following you around the web.
If you go through a Stripe checkout to pay for a session, event, or rental, Stripe may set its own cookies. Those cookies help the payment work and help Stripe detect fraud. They are set and controlled by Stripe under Stripe's own policies.
Your browser may also store small amounts of data locally as part of ordinary browsing. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that if you block cookies entirely, a Stripe checkout may not function correctly.

Our services, events, sessions, and rentals are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change a service provider or add a new form to the site. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the date at the top.
