Make space for your work with flexible prepaid rental hours. Purchase a package upfront and use your hours across multiple bookings throughout the year, subject to availability.

Standard rate $30 per hour
Four-hour special $100

Flexible Prepaid Packages

As low as $18/hour with the 30-hour package.

Introductory Hour Bank rates available to the first 10 new participants.

Usage and Availability

  • One year to use your prepaid hours across multiple bookings. Validity subject to applicable law.
  • Hour Bank availability: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–6 PM.
  • All bookings are subject to calendar availability and confirmation.
  • Saturday and Sunday rentals are available upon request, subject to availability. Weekend rates are quoted separately.
  • Setup and cleanup must fit within the reserved time.
  • Purchasing hours does not reserve specific dates or guarantee a recurring weekly slot.

Welcoming practitioners, facilitators, teachers, artists, educators, coaches, therapists, movement instructors, and wellness professionals.

Suitable offerings may include private sessions, classes, consultations, workshops, and creative experiences. Acupuncturists and integrative, holistic, and functional medicine professionals are welcome to inquire about whether the space meets their specific needs.

Renting The Womb

Rental Policies & Responsibilities

The short answers. The full Rental Terms & Conditions are what you agree to when you book.

What is included in my rental?
The space for your booked time, including your setup and breakdown, plus the amenities described on this page. Tell us in your request what your event needs and we will confirm what is available.
Do I need to pay a cleaning fee?
Not for gatherings of 15 people or fewer. Events with more than 15 participants include a $30 cleaning fee, shown as its own line on your invoice. It may also apply to smaller events with a lot of food or decorations. Everyone still leaves the space as they found it.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellations follow the Rental Terms & Conditions. Our cancellation and refund policy is being finalized, so please talk with us before you book if this matters for your event. Contact us as early as you can.
Can I reschedule?
Usually, if the calendar allows. Ask us as early as possible and we will confirm the new time in writing.
What if I need additional time?
Ask before your event. If the calendar allows we add the time to your booking at the hourly rate of $30. Please do not stay past your booked time without our approval, since another group may follow you.
Who is responsible for participant waivers?
You are, as the host. Some events, such as breathwork or movement, need specific waivers or intake forms. If we require a form, the link is on your booking page and in your confirmation email.
Do I need event insurance?
We are finalizing when event insurance is required. If your event needs it, we will tell you when we approve your request.
Can I bring food or decorations?
Yes. Mention it in your request, and remove everything you bring when you leave. Substantial food or decorations may add the cleaning fee. Open flames and candles need our approval first.
How do prepaid hourly packages work?
You buy a bank of hours at a lower rate and use them across bookings within one year. Each use is still a booking request, subject to availability. Hours applied to a booking appear on your invoice, so you are never charged twice for hours you already bought.
What happens if the space is damaged?
Tell us right away. We document any damage or extra cleanup with photos, share it with you, and review it fairly before any charge. The cleaning fee covers ordinary cleanup, not damage.

80 headsets available, for events here at The Womb or for your own event throughout South Florida.

  • 25 headsets$110$4.40 each
  • 50 headsets$180$3.60 each
  • All 80 headsets$265$3.31 each

Custom quantities from $3.50 to $5.25 per headset. $250 refundable deposit, returned after the gear comes back. $45 per headset only if one is not returned.
