A plain language note. This page sets out, in everyday words, the terms that apply when you use ecstaticlivingfl.com or take part in what we offer. It is a general set of terms written for our own small business, and it is offered for information only. It is not legal advice. If you need advice about your specific situation, please speak with a qualified attorney.
By visiting ecstaticlivingfl.com, booking a session or event with us, renting our space, or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms of Use. They form an agreement between you and Ecstatic Living Florida.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website and please do not book with us. If you are booking on behalf of a group, a company, or an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for them.
Our services and events are intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older.
Ecstatic Living Florida is a wellness community based in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. What we offer falls into four areas:
The names of our sessions are simply the titles we use to describe what we offer. They do not indicate medical, clinical, or psychological treatment of any kind. Please read the Wellness Disclaimer below.
Booking a session, event, rental, or any other offering gives you access to that specific offering only. It does not create any ownership interest, property right, housing or residency right, membership stake, or investment of any kind.
We may add, change, pause, or retire offerings, and we may adjust our schedule or our prices. We will always honor a booking you have already paid for, or contact you if we cannot.
You can book sessions, events, and rentals through our website. Payment is processed at the time of booking through Stripe, our payment processor. Your booking is reserved once your payment is complete and you have received a confirmation from us.
All prices shown on this website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless we clearly say otherwise. Prices are those displayed at the time you book. We do not see or store your full payment card details, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Space at our events, in our session calendar, and in our rental inventory is limited. Bookings are reserved in the order they are received and completed.
Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel an event or session, for example due to weather, illness, a facility issue, or circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we will contact you as soon as we can to arrange a new date or to discuss a refund.
Life happens and plans change. We understand that.
If you need to reschedule, or if you would like to discuss a refund, please contact us at info@ecstaticlivingfl.com as early as you can. We will do our best to work something out with you.
The specific cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for a given session, event, venue rental, or equipment rental are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Those confirmed terms are the ones that apply to that booking.
Reaching out early always helps. The sooner we know, the more likely it is that we can offer your spot to someone else or move you to another date.
The Womb is our gathering space at 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. It is available to rent for a wide range of events.
The details of your rental, including the date, hours, access, capacity, what is included, and any deposit, are set out in the rental agreement that we confirm with you before your event. That agreement, together with these terms, governs your rental.
We rent event equipment including silent disco headsets, sound equipment, lighting, and decor.
The specific terms of an equipment rental, including any deposit, the pickup and return arrangements, the rental period, and your responsibility for loss or damage, are provided in the rental agreement for your booking.
Our events and sessions may involve movement and dance, music and sound played at volume, breathing practices, physical touch in the case of massage sessions, and other physical activity. Any physical activity carries some risk.
Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you take part at your own risk. You know your own body better than we do. You are responsible for staying within your own limits, resting whenever you need to, hydrating, and stopping any practice that does not feel right for you. You may step out of any activity at any time, and in a massage or touch based session you may withdraw your consent to touch at any moment, for any reason, with no explanation needed.
Please tell us before a session or event about anything that may affect your participation, and please consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking part if you have any concern about whether an activity is suitable for you.
By taking part, you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and for your own choices during the experience.
Everything we offer is for personal growth, relaxation, and self exploration. Breathwork, massage, sound based sessions, coaching, dance, and circles are wellness experiences. They are not medical care, they are not psychotherapy, and they are not mental health treatment. They are not a substitute for any of those.
Our facilitators and practitioners are not acting as your doctor, nurse, licensed psychotherapist, counselor, or mental health professional. Nothing offered at our events or sessions, and nothing written on this website, is a diagnosis, a prescription, or medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
We make no promise of any particular result. Experiences differ from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Please do not delay, avoid, or discontinue care from a qualified healthcare professional because of anything you read here or experience with us. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional right away.
The content on this website, including text, photographs, video, graphics, page design, and layout, along with the names and marks Ecstatic Living Florida, The Womb, and Just BE CAUSE, belongs to us or is used by us with permission, and is protected by applicable law.

Our website relies on a few outside services in order to work. Payments are handled by Stripe, form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, and the site is hosted by Vercel. Each of these companies operates under its own terms and policies.
Our site may also link to other websites, such as a map or a social media profile. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any website we do not operate.
This website and its content are provided on an as is basis. We work hard to keep our information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecstatic Living Florida, along with its owners, facilitators, practitioners, staff, and volunteers, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, your participation in our events or sessions, or your rental of our space or equipment.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing here affects any right you may have that the law does not allow us to sign away.
These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising from them, from this website, or from our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any such dispute will be handled in the courts of the State of Florida.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in full effect.
We may update these terms from time to time as our offerings evolve. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top.
Continuing to use the website or to book with us after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms in effect at the time you made a booking are the ones that apply to that booking.
