By road or by rail
Tri-Rail has stations in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, and its Lake Worth Beach station is about half a mile by road from The Womb. Check the Tri-Rail schedule before you plan around it.
Private or group, on a longer trip
A private session is booked for a time that suits you, so the date is settled before you leave, and Private Custom Breathwork Experience lets up to 10 of you share the trip at $60 per person. When a public group date is on the calendar, it is on our events list, so look there before you count on one.

Do you have breathwork in Broward County?
No. Private sessions are at The Womb in Lake Worth Beach, in Palm Beach County. We have no location in Fort Lauderdale or anywhere else in Broward.
How far is The Womb from other parts of Broward?
Deerfield Beach, just over the county line, is about 23 miles by road. Hollywood, further south, is about 45. Those are rough figures, and your own route may differ.
How much is a private session?
It depends on the session. Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey is $125 introductory, $150 regular, and Private Custom Breathwork Experience is $60 per person, each for 90 minutes.
