That is yours to weigh, and we cannot promise how a session feels. The plain math: the round trip is about 126 miles for a 90 minute session. It may suit you more if you are already headed to Palm Beach County.
A good first step
The free 15-minute call is a good first step before you commit to the drive. It is a short phone call with Alexis Chacin, co-founder, to ask what you need to ask and find out which session fits. Then book a time, since we do not keep daily hours.
If you do make the trip
Pack a water bottle and a layer for afterwards, and leave the mats and cushions to us. Coming with others? One Private Custom Breathwork Experience booking covers 1 to 10 people, so a couple is $120.

Do you have breathwork in Miami?
No. Private sessions are at The Womb in Lake Worth Beach, up in Palm Beach County, and we have no location in Miami or Miami-Dade.
How long is the drive from Miami?
About 63 miles each way from downtown. Traffic varies too much for us to give you a time, so check your own route for the day.
What does a private session cost?
The lower priced of the two private sessions is Private Custom Breathwork Experience, at $60 per person. Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey is $125 introductory, $150 regular. The call beforehand is free.
