What a session is
Every breathwork session here is done lying down, for your safety and comfort. Private sessions are 90 minutes, and we provide the mats and cushions. Experiences differ from person to person.

Breathwork experiences are intended for personal growth, relaxation, emotional exploration, and self-inquiry. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Please consult a qualified professional if you have medical or mental health concerns.
Making the trip
Boca Raton and Lake Worth Beach are in the same county, about 20 miles apart by road. Book before you set out, because we do not keep set daily hours. The sessions are Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey at $125 introductory, $150 regular, and Private Custom Breathwork Experience at $60 per person.

Do you have breathwork in Boca Raton?
No. Private sessions take place at The Womb in Lake Worth Beach, in the same county, about 20 miles north. We have no location in Boca Raton.
Is breathwork right for me?

What should I wear to a breathwork session?
Comfortable clothes, plus a water bottle and a layer for afterwards. Most people are barefoot.
