Being in town keeps the plan simple. Private sessions are booked for a time that suits you, and each one runs 90 minutes. Bring a water bottle and a layer for afterwards. The mats and cushions are already here.
Two private sessions to pick from
Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey opens with a conversation, at $125 introductory, $150 regular. Private Custom Breathwork Experience is $60 per person, for you alone or for up to 10 people. If you are not sure which one fits, the free 15-minute call with Alexis Chacin, co-founder, is the place to ask.
Looking for a group?
Breathwork Circles are guided group breathwork, booked through our Experiences page, and everyone lies down for those too. When a public group date is on the calendar, it is on our events list.

Is Lake Worth the same as Lake Worth Beach?
Nearly. The city once called Lake Worth is now Lake Worth Beach, and The Womb is inside it. A large area west of the city still has a Lake Worth mailing address, so go by the street address when you set out.
Can I walk in for a breathwork session?
Please book first. We open for scheduled events, classes and appointments rather than keeping set daily hours. You can book online, or call or text Alexis at (786) 261-8540.
Where exactly are you in Lake Worth Beach?
The Womb is at 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. It is our home base for gatherings and classes, and it is where private breathwork sessions are held.
