Inner Bridge Breathwork Journey is $125 introductory, $150 regular. Private Custom Breathwork Experience is $60 per person, for 1 to 10 people. Trauma Release Breathwork is $240. Each one is 90 minutes.
A private breathwork and self-inquiry session, shaped around you. We begin with an open conversation and choose together which reflection practices feel right (inner-child work is one option, never required). Then you lie down for 45 minutes to an hour of guided breathwork.

Yes. Breathwork Circles are guided group breathwork, booked through our Experiences page. For a private group of up to 10 people, you can also book the Private Custom Breathwork Experience at $60 per person.
In a group, everyone lies down too. Send a request and we will reach out to confirm the details. When a public group date is on the calendar, you will find it on our events list.
Private sessions are held at The Womb, our home base for gatherings and classes, at 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460, in Palm Beach County. Coming from West Palm Beach or a nearby town? Use this same address.
