One fee across Miami-Dade
Miami is 1 of 34 municipalities in Miami-Dade County, and the $99 for silent disco and full equipment rentals covers all of them. Wynwood, Brickell, Little Havana and Coconut Grove are inside Miami. Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Aventura and Homestead are separate cities, and they pay the same. Certain jobs can cost more, such as stairs, long carries or last minute requests, always confirmed first.
Pop ups, activations and festivals
Our gear suits pop ups, brand activations, festivals and markets. Lighting starts from $75 per event, sound from $150 per event and decor from $50 per event. For a silent disco zone, 80 headsets is our full set, and an additional transmitter adds a second music channel for $25 per rental day.
If you want it all handled
Full Event Production is our full service option at $1,250 per event for up to 100 guests, with delivery, setup, breakdown and 4 hours of tech support. For lighter help, an attendant starts from $115. We also offer Ecstatic DJ and Silent Disco Event Hosting, so ask us for a price.

How much does a silent disco rental cost in Miami?
25 headsets are $110 a day, 50 are $180 a day and 80 are $265 a day, plus $99 for delivery and pickup. Each additional day is about a third of day 1, and a $250 refundable security hold applies.
Does the $99 fee cover Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Doral?
Yes. The $99 covers delivery and pickup anywhere in Miami-Dade County, and all three are inside it.
Are you a Miami company?
No. We are based in Lake Worth Beach, in Palm Beach County, and everything for Miami events comes from there.
Can I skip the delivery fee?
Yes. Pickup at 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, in Lake Worth Beach is free by appointment. It is about 63 miles from downtown Miami, so weigh the drive against the $99.
