The Quick Answers.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-4 weeks ahead for full event bundles, especially during peak season (October, April in South Florida). Headset only rentals can often be confirmed within 48-72 hours. For last-minute needs, call us directly, we've pulled together packages in under 24 hours before.
Do you deliver, or do I pick up?
Both are options. Pickup is from our Lake Worth Beach location (1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D). Delivery is available throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties, pricing scales with distance. Full Event Bundles include delivery + setup + breakdown by default.
What's your deposit & cancellation policy?
A 30% refundable deposit holds your date. Full payment is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations 14+ days out are fully refunded. Cancellations 7-14 days out forfeit the deposit. Within 7 days, the full amount is non-refundable, but we'll always work with you on date changes if equipment is available.
What if something breaks during my event?
Normal wear and tear is on us, that's part of the rental. For broken or lost items, we charge replacement cost (clearly listed on your invoice). We hold a $250 refundable security hold on headset rentals to cover any damage. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released after the equipment comes back.
Can you handle outdoor events with weather risk?
Yes. Most of our gear is weatherproof or has weatherproof options. We always include rain backup plans in delivery setups. For high-risk forecasts, we'll proactively reach out to discuss covered alternatives or rescheduling.
Do you offer setup or on-site support?
Yes. Full Event Bundles include 4 hours of on-site tech support by default. Custom packages can include a full crew if needed. For pickup-only rentals, we provide simple printed setup instructions and a phone number for live troubleshooting.
