The county line changes nothing
Boca Raton sits at the south end of Palm Beach County, and the Broward County line runs just below it. Your fee stays the same on both sides. Deerfield Beach, Parkland and Coconut Creek are in Broward, and delivery and pickup is $65 there too. Last minute requests, stairs and long carries can add to it, and we always confirm that first.
Hand the night to us
Full Event Production is $1,250 per event for up to 100 guests. It includes 75 headsets, a PA system, 2 wireless mics, string lights, uplighting, 2 transmitters, delivery, setup, breakdown and 4 hours of tech support. You stay with your guests while we look after the equipment.
Or rent only the pieces
A smaller party might need only 50 headsets at $180 a day, sound from $150 per event or decor from $50 per event. The city rents out Mizner Park Amphitheater for concerts, fundraising events and festivals. If you are hosting at a rented venue, send us the address and guest count and we will quote within 24 hours.
Questions about event rentals in Boca Raton
Is Boca Raton in Palm Beach County or Broward County?
Palm Beach County. The Broward County line runs just south of the city, and our delivery and pickup fee is $65 on both sides of it.
Do you deliver to Deerfield Beach and Parkland too?
Yes. Both are in Broward County, just over the line from Boca Raton, and delivery and pickup is the same $65.
What if a guest walks off with a headset?
We charge $45 for each headset that does not come back. Headset rentals carry a $250 refundable security hold, which is held, not charged, and released after the gear comes back.
Can you host the silent disco for us?
Yes. Silent Disco Event Hosting is one of our event services, and so is Ecstatic DJ if you want someone on the music. Neither has a public price, so ask us for a quote.
