Here is how we get approved rental items and event materials to and from your gathering. Everything below applies only to rentals and event materials, and every fee is confirmed with you before your rental is finalized.
Ecstatic Living Florida may offer pickup or local delivery for approved rental items and event materials.
This may include items such as mats, cushions, sound equipment, décor, event supplies, ceremonial materials, setup materials, or other approved rental-related items.
Event tickets, class passes, retreat registrations, and digital confirmations do not require shipping, pickup, or delivery.
Pickup may be available by appointment or at select Ecstatic Living Florida events, retreats, or gathering locations.
Pickup details must be confirmed in advance.
Local delivery may be available in select South Florida areas depending on schedule, location, item size, order details, and event calendar.
Suggested local delivery fees for event materials and smaller items
Delivery fees are confirmed before the rental or material order is finalized.
Headset fleets, transmitters, sound, and lighting travel as one load, so they use a flat delivery and pickup rate rather than the mileage tiers above.
