1. About this agreement

These terms apply when you ("you", the renter or facilitator) reserve The Womb, operated by Ecstatic Living Florida ("we", "us") at 1202 Lucerne Ave, Unit D, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460.

When you request a rental you are asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. We record the version you agreed to and the time you agreed. The version you accepted applies to your booking.

2. Eligibility and booking approval

  • Every request is reviewed by a person. Sending a request does not reserve the space.
  • A booking is confirmed only when all three are true: we have approved it, you have accepted these terms, and payment is complete (or nothing is owed).
  • We may decline a request that does not fit the space, the calendar, or the values and permitted uses of The Womb.
  • The person who books is responsible for the rental and for everyone attending. Minimum age to rent: To be confirmed

3. Permitted and prohibited activities

Welcome: classes, workshops, movement and dance, breathwork, sound experiences, meditation, ceremonies, private sessions, creative gatherings and community events consistent with a respectful, inclusive space.

Not permitted:

  • Anything illegal, including illegal substances.
  • Smoking or vaping indoors.
  • Weapons.
  • Exceeding the occupancy limit, or blocking exits.
  • Subletting or transferring your booking to someone else without our written approval.
  • Open flames, candles and incense beyond what we approve for the space: To be confirmed
  • Alcohol: To be confirmed

4. Capacity

You must keep attendance at or below the maximum occupancy for the space and for your type of event. Maximum occupancy: To be confirmed

Tell us your expected head count when you request. If it grows, tell us before the event, because it can change the cleaning fee and what the space can safely hold.

5. Rental hours, setup and breakdown

  • Your booked time includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive, set up, run your event, clean up and leave within it.
  • Space rental is $30 per hour unless you use a prepaid package or a quoted rate.
  • Early arrival and late departure: To be confirmed
  • Weekday availability is typically Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. Weekend bookings are subject to approval and availability.

6. Prepaid Hour Bank packages

  • Prepaid hours are used across bookings within one year of purchase, subject to applicable law.
  • Buying hours does not reserve dates. Each use is a normal booking request, subject to availability and approval.
  • Hours applied to a booking are shown on your invoice, so you are never charged twice for hours you already bought.
  • What happens to applied hours when a booking is cancelled or rescheduled: To be confirmed

7. Cleaning

For events of 15 participants or fewer there is no automatic cleaning fee. For events with more than 15 participants, a $30 cleaning fee is added to the invoice as its own line.

We may also add the fee to a smaller gathering that involves substantial food service, decorations, rearranged furniture or other significant cleaning, and we will tell you why. We may agree to waive the fee when you commit in writing to detailed self-cleaning duties; a waiver is decided by us, not by checkout.

Every renter, with or without a fee, must:

  • Remove all trash and personal belongings, and put waste in the designated areas.
  • Return furniture and equipment to their original positions.
  • Clean spills and visible messes.
  • Leave floors and surfaces in acceptable condition, and restore the bathroom and common areas.
  • Remove decorations and event supplies.
  • Return the space to substantially the same condition as when you arrived.

The cleaning fee covers ordinary post-event cleaning. It does not cover damage or excessive cleanup, which are handled under section 8.

8. Damage to property and equipment

You are responsible for damage to the space, furnishings and equipment caused by you or your participants, beyond normal wear. We will document any damage or excess cleanup with photos and a written note, share it with you, and give you a fair chance to respond before any charge.

How charges are calculated and reviewed: To be confirmed Legal review

9. Sound equipment

  • Use the sound system as shown to you. Please do not move, open or rewire equipment without permission.
  • Keep volume respectful of neighbors and any building rules. We may ask you to turn it down.
  • Tell us straight away if anything stops working, so we can fix it for the next group.

10. Food and beverages

Tell us in your request if food or drinks will be served. You are responsible for serving, cleaning up and removing all food waste. Substantial food service may add the cleaning fee (section 7). Alcohol: To be confirmed

11. Event and participant safety

  • Keep every exit and walkway clear for the whole booking.
  • Know where the exits are, and point them out to your group at the start.
  • You are responsible for the conduct and wellbeing of your participants while you hold the space.
  • Report any accident, injury or incident to us the same day.

12. Facilitator responsibilities

  • You are an independent host, not an employee or agent of Ecstatic Living Florida.
  • Offer only what you are trained and, where required, licensed to offer, and follow any laws that apply to your practice.
  • Do not describe your offering as medical treatment or promise health outcomes.
  • Collect the participant waivers and forms your event needs (section 15).

13. Liability and insurance

When event insurance is required, and the minimum coverage: To be confirmed

Release, assumption of risk and indemnity terms: Legal review This section will be written by Florida counsel. Until then, nothing on this page limits or expands either party's legal responsibilities.

14. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Cancellation and refunds: To be confirmed

Rescheduling: To be confirmed

Deposits: To be confirmed

If you need to change your booking, contact us as early as you can at 786-261-8540. We will confirm any change in writing.

15. Participant waivers and required forms

Some events need participant waivers or intake forms, for example breathwork, movement or dance. You are responsible for making sure each participant completes the forms that apply. Links to any forms we require are on your booking page and in your confirmation email.

We only ask for information we need. Health related answers are kept private and are not shared with vendors or other renters.

16. Photography and media

Get consent before photographing or filming participants, and honor anyone who says no. If we would like to photograph your event for our own channels, we will ask you and your participants first.

17. Emergencies and compliance

  • In an emergency, call 911 first, then call us at 786-261-8540.
  • Follow applicable laws, fire code, building rules and any posted instructions.
  • Location of first aid supplies and emergency equipment: To be confirmed

18. Payment and invoices

19. Changes to these terms
