She integrates ancient practices into the modern world, focusing on personal and planetary renewal. With expertise in shamanic journeying she guides you through the three worlds of the Andean cosmovision, fostering self-empowerment, transformation, and deep healing. Stephanie offers guidance in creating powerful altars for your spiritual practice and mastering energy healing techniques. Her teachings expand your understanding of Peruvian culture and cosmology, enhancing your ceremonial practices creating balance with the unseen and seen realms. She leads earth-based rituals and connects you to a living lineage, grounding you in a supportive spiritual community. Growing up in an environment where spirituality was encouraged, Julia Roos found her way to meditation and presence as her practice in her early twenties. In 2015, during her final year of college while studying psychology, she experienced the tragic loss of her father. Shortly after, Julia was introduced to breathwork, not realizing that her first session would become one of the most transformative experiences of her life. Within that hour of conscious breathing, she felt a depth of healing beyond what years of meditation or therapy had offered. She connected with her father’s spirit, found peace in his passing, and awakened to a renewed sense of self. In awe that such profound transformation could emerge from the power of her own breath, Julia promised herself to dedicate her life to understanding the body and spirit’s innate healing abilities and to share them with others. A decade later, Julia integrates massage therapy, breathwork, movement, meditation, energy work, and subconscious reprogramming into a holistic approach that empowers deep healing. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Breathwork for Trauma Release facilitator with a background in psychology and a lifelong devotion to spirituality.
