An evening somatic circle open to the community for those wanting to explore what is alive in their relational world—with self or with others.

Through guided somatic practices, gentle inquiry, and embodied awareness, we will drop out of the mind and into the body .

Together, we’ll explore relational patterns, emotional dynamics, and places that feel stuck, charged, or ready to move.

Held in a coherent group field and guided by an experienced somatic practitioner, this circle offers a grounded, experiential space to sense, process, and create movement around current relationship dynamics—without fixing, forcing, or over-talking.
