Celebrate connection this Valentine’s Day with a playful and heart-opening Partner Yoga workshop. Come with a partner or a friend, or arrive solo and make a new friend—everyone is welcome. Through gentle stretches, supported poses, breathwork, music and laughter, we’ll explore trust, communication, and balance in a fun and accessible way. No prior yoga or partner experience needed—just an open mind and a willingness to connect. Leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and more connected than when you arrived.
