About the Experience
These sessions are more than dance, they’re an invitation to reconnect with your body, release tension, and move with intention. Each class offers something different: from genre-based movement to freestyle exploration and emotional body awareness.
You don’t need to be a dancer to join. Whether attending once or returning regularly, the space is open to all levels. You can participate in a single session or continue with the series to grow at your own pace.
