Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound healing, where your own voice becomes the primary instrument of transformation.

Our primary sound healing instrument is our own voice, so we’ll start the evening with vocal toning — simply vocalizing extended vowel sounds like “Ahhhhh” and “Ohhhhh.” It’s a simple practice, but it does a lot. It encourages deeper breathing, bringing more oxygen into the body. And because it makes us thirsty, we drink more water. So right there, we’re increasing the two main building blocks of life: oxygen and water.

Vocal toning also stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps calm the nervous system. It can increase nitric oxide, reduce blood pressure, slow the heart rate, and slow down brain waves — making it easier to drop into deeper states of meditation.
