A Weekly Community Gathering with Sandeep Singh Gandhi
A gentler practice space — where breath moves with grace and awareness deepens into silence. This weekly session begins with a short, lunar-style kriya practice to open the body, calm the nervous system, and attune to subtler dimensions of presence. From that space of inner stillness, we enter into satsang: a sacred sharing of yogic wisdom, astrological insight, and personal reflection.
