Set and re(Setting)

Set and (Re)Setting is a Lunar New Year and New Moon ceremony devoted to integration, intention, and renewal. Together, we gather at a powerful threshold—honoring both the divine feminine and masculine within—inviting balance, clarity, and conscious beginnings.

This is a time for sacred pause and reflection. By slowing down and creating intentional space, we clear a channel to listen more deeply and ask: How does life want to move through me now?

Our journey weaves through mind, body, and spirit. We begin with guided reflection and intention-setting, grounding into the wisdom of this new cycle. From there, we move into a deeply releasing yin yoga practice led by Hillary, inviting the body to soften, unwind, and receive.

With intentions planted and the nervous system at ease, we transition into a transcendent sound journey facilitated by Teresa Bennet Yates, accompanied by a Reiki blessing to support alignment, restoration, and clarity for…
