Set and re(Setting)

Set & (Re)Setting is a Lunar New Year and New Moon ceremony devoted to intention, integration, and nervous system renewal. Taking place at the threshold of a new cycle, this gathering invites a meaningful pause — a moment to reflect, reset, and consciously orient toward the year ahead.

Inspired by the medicine journey concept of "set and setting", this evening explores two essential conditions for conscious change: setting intentions and creating the somatic space to receive them.

We begin with guided discussion and intention reflection, drawing on the themes of this new cycle and the symbolism of the Fire Horse. From there, we journey through a "yin-tentional" yoga practice led by Hillary, creating space for releasing and deep, heart-centered listening.
