This grief-centered sound healing experience is an invitation to gently tend to whatever loss you may be carrying. Whether you are grieving the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a career change, a life transition, or simply feeling like you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way, you are welcome here.

We will begin with gentle somatic movement and nervous system regulation practices to help release stagnant energy and reconnect with the body. You’ll be guided through reflective journal prompts centered around grief, healing, and self-compassion before settling into a restorative sound healing journey.

This offering is a space to honor your emotions, soften into the present moment, and remember that grief deserves to be witnessed in all of its forms. No prior experience is necessary—come exactly as you are.
